Resolving Panic Alerts via Dash
- View active incidents by clicking on View in the notification OR go directly to the Workflows tab on the left hand side of the menu and select Incidents
- Click Resolve
- Type in the reason for the panic alert
- Click Submit

Resolving Panic Alerts via App
- Tap the panic alert smartphone notification for the Relay app
- Tap Resolve in the orange box to resolve the active incident
- Type in the reason for the panic alert
- Tap Submit
- Tap the check mark in the green box to acknowledge the incident has been resolved
Report a Problem
Hold down the volume down (-) and talk button at the same time for 5 seconds. The Relay will announce that it is entering into diagnostics mode and to press the talk button and record the issue to the Relay device.
