Power the hospitality industry by empowering your employees

Your purchase will have a direct impact

For every hotel that purchases* Relay, we will sponsor a hotel employee’s training and development

Relay’s mission is deeply rooted with connecting the country’s frontline workers to the people and information they need to get their jobs done safely and more efficiently.

According to the American Hotel and Lodging Association’s (AHLA) State of the Hotel Industry 2021 report, more than 670,000 hotel industry operation jobs and nearly 4 million hospitality jobs were lost in 2020 due to the pandemic. It’s also estimated that the pandemic has eliminated more than 10 years of job growth in the accommodations sector.

Our mission

Our mission is to bring hospitality workers back to the job and help solve the worker shortage problem. We’re partnering with the AHLA Foundation’s Empowering Youth Program which recruits young people for entry-level hotel positions. With the help of local community-based organizations, the program nurtures and develops young adults with the training, tools and support that will lead to permanent careers in hospitality.
