Additional Capabilities
The Relay alert process is accurate, fast, and flexible. Our system ensures that responses can be immediately coordinated by teams on-site & off-site. Relay has supported over 5,000 alert incidents across our properties.

STEP 1
To initiate an alert, associates rapid-press the center button at least five times. This method is easy to perform under duress and minimizes false alerts.

STEP 2
Hotel responders receive notifications containing the name and indoor/outdoor location. Responders are notified of any location updates during the alert.

STEP 3
Alert responders (using Relay+, Relay App and the Dashboard) can communicate in a push-to-talk channel, whether they are on-site or off-site.

STEP 4
Once complete, administrators using the Relay App or Dashboard can “resolve” the alert and enter notes describing the incident. Notes are stored for up to 2 years.
