Press and hold to speak with other Relays on the account.

The Relay Assistant is a helpful feature that allows you to move around the Relay device effortlessly by using voice commands.

Initiating Panic
1. Rapid-press the talk button at least five times to initiate a panic alert.
- NOTE: You will get a confirmation message saying "Panic Alert Sent"
Panic Responders
2. The panic alert will be sent to a team of panic responders.
- NOTE: This will be comprised of Supervisors, District Managers and each member at that specific location.
3. If a member of your team signals a panic alert, you can join the group from the Relay App or Relay Dashboard to communicate live with the impacted team member.
4. Once acknowledged by a member of the team, the alert will clear.
"Help is on the way"
5. The initiator will receive a notification that "Help is on the way" after the panic alert has been cleared.

- Set up activity alerts on your smartphone to be notified when someone is talking in a group chat or if a panic alert is triggered.

Charging your Relay device
Relay requires USB-C charging or Relay wireless charging products.
We recommend charging Relay whenever it's not in use.
Relay should be left powered on and charging overnight to ensure OTA software updates can be received when available (every few weeks).
